A smooth transition of long intricate mixes, synching chords and beats, and groans and moans in a sensual compilation of old and new school vibe.

Would attend Zanzibar to listen to Tony Humphries or go the Paradise Garage and listen to Larry Levan - in my absolute opinion the Jimi Hendrix of all DJs - and be in awe of them.
I had an uncle that would take me over to Brooklyn to attend three-day weekend block parties, where local no name DJs would thump the techniques non-stop with Get on the Funk Train (Munich Machine) Kool and the Gang with Open Sesame, Donna Summer, et. al.
Stationed in Japan, I purchased my first equipment, and that was when I truly began to learn how to play. As I progressed, living abroad in St. Lucia, and in Mexico, and Canada before settling for Seattle (The Emerald City), I began to adopt a more theatrical skill set to my mixes, remembering the Greats from my childhood.
I've since been sidetracked, working in the Computer Industry, and having written a failed sci-fi novel, but I've always played here and there, een if "here" was just my bedroom.
Now, I'm more comitted to just playing than playing out. If the latter happens and I get the opportunity to spin for a dancing crowd like I did in my heyday, that's cool too.
I also delve a bit into mixing with video.
