Having done what i can to bring advanced electronic music to Bradford since 2001, I've now moved to Manchester. Back in Bradford i was part of Bops, running some great nights at the underground venues in the city.
I mostly DJ house-minimal-techno stuff. So far i've been able to play with Matt Dear, Alex Under, Damien Schwartz, Tadeo, Mark Broom, Lets Go Outside, Mark Henning, Sex in Dallas, David Bordalas etc
As a musician i loved improvisation, and thats something i carry into my DJing - whilst i appreciate Djing as a performance, for me a DJ set is something that should be spontaneous, a response to the people and place and where your at. so i sometimes go by the name of Dj-don't-plan..
When producing i focus on techno dub. I'm also a club reviewer, writing for Resident Advisor and Traffic magazine.
