Capital T’s journey began on one cold winter day in Sweden naked and confused 35 years ago..
With normal “I want to be an astronaut when I grow up” mentality most of his childhood…
But having family in the US changed this “vision” and the bags where packed and off to the “land of opportunity” he went.. Adapting to the culture and getting used to TV 24/7, radio with endless varieties of music (freestyle and 80’s music was the thing back then) the love for music grew strong
But failing music in high school in the back of his mind the thought of doing anything other than listening to music never even crossed his mind..
in 2004 after getting tired of looking for a replacement to the club that he avidly attended every weekend for 2 years closed down and the resident d.j traded in his headphones for a “day job”..
The search for good music and vibe was a dead end street… this is when the discovery of his un-known ability to create the atmosphere he was missing.
The “I’ll do it myself” attitude started something that became an addiction
After bugging Jon Owen (DJ and close friend) for weeks on end to show him how to do it “I’m going to do it myself” .
After a few months of trying and trying it just worked one day .
The mixes that he recorded became more and more sought after amongst his peers , with the positive feed back and demand for more, He started posting his mixes on Mix Depot. So his friends could access them. With the exposure to the rest of the world, comments from other DJ’s started showing up in the mail box .
The confidence created by this has led him to “take the next step”.
I guess if i had to put it in words, I like to create a "journey", an extention of my mood, usually something not "mainstream" but still recognizable to the average person.. very picky with harmonics and flow
Influences: Dj Garfield, Edgar V, Jon Owen, Matt Darey, Ferry Corsten, anything from Anjunabeats.. just good quality Progressive and Uplifting trance that stimulates the mind usually does the trick

Shows / Residencies: No "residency" but i frequently play for local promoters such as Joe's Freedom events and recently with local "legend" Garfield (UK) at VOODOO Lounge/Rodman's Rehab downtown Ft. Lauderdale, I've successfully hosted a hand full of venues myself at Crazy 8's (formely Karma Lounge)

Discography: I was reading some of the mix descriptions and i see alot of "this mix was mixed live" type stuff, I WANNA MAKE IT CLEAR THAT ALL OF THE MIXES I RECORD ARE OFF THE HIP, IN THE MOMENT.. ABSOLUTELY NO PRE ANYHTING OR PRACTICE RUNS ETC.. 100% in the moment, i feel thats the only way to extend your mood and reflect on it accurately.. =)
